Live Sound Video Jankbox

Music plays, you push buttons to the beat to make pretty pictures and animations through a projector for live music use. 

LSVJ is a VJ Visualization app created in GBStudio. I play live chiptune under the name "One Hit Kill" and often a venue's worksheet lists an HDMI projector in the load out. After messing around with GBstudio for my old school demo entry for syntax demo party 2025 I felt inspired to make a rom for GBC similar to Pikilpita that I can use at live shows and tailor it to the artists in the lineups I play in. I use an Analogue Pocket dock to achieve the HDMI out part of things, but you could use anything that runs GBC roms and outputs. A gamecube with gameboy player, a Miyoo Mini Plus, a modded GBC with video out. 

This is a freeware project to be used freely and openly. As it progresses and improves, I will eventually offer physical carts with a box and full colour printed instruction booklet and perhaps some sort of other trinket for feels, of a quality that warrants money to be parted with. Please enjoy using this rom openly for your live shows or any context you desire. Please provide feedback on any bugs you encounter or requests regarding  control features you might need. Test it on every piece of hardware or software that will run it and let me know if anything doesn't work as intended. I'll do my best to accommodate and fix what is possible.  Lets work together to make this the best we can and actually useful to people in the scene.
